AvoPilot Terms of Service

Effective date: October 27, 2026
Last updated: October 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AvoPilot, operated by MDical Marketing and Management, doing business as AvoPilot (“AvoPilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using AvoPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you use AvoPilot on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to agree to these Terms for that organization.

1. The service

AvoPilot helps businesses organize brands, plan marketing, collaborate, connect supported services, and view insights. Features, integrations, and add-ons may vary by plan, availability, and development stage. We may change or discontinue features, subject to any applicable agreement and law.

2. Accounts and teams

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace administrators manage team access and are responsible for their users’ use of the workspace. You must have authority to use the information and accounts you provide or connect.

3. Plans, fees, and payment

Available plans, prices, included features, add-ons, billing frequency, and applicable renewal or cancellation terms will be presented when you select or purchase a service. Please review them before completing a purchase. Stripe processes payments under its own terms. AvoPilot does not store payment card information. Any separate written agreement applies to the services it covers.

For billing, cancellation, or refund questions, contact avopilot@avowork.com. Any cancellation or refund rights required by law continue to apply.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain any rights you have in the content and information you submit. You grant AvoPilot permission to host, use, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request, maintain and secure the service, and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for obtaining the rights, permissions, and any required consent to upload information and contact others.

5. AI-assisted features

AvoPilot may use Google Cloud Gemini to help with SEO, brand kits, marketing strategy, and analytics. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs generated for others. Review and verify outputs before publishing or relying on them. AvoPilot does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, or other marketing results. Do not submit information you lack permission to process.

6. Connected services

When you connect services such as Google Search Console, Meta, or LinkedIn, you authorize AvoPilot to access and use information according to the permissions you grant and the features you request. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. You can disconnect Google through AvoPilot or revoke access through your Google Account. Availability and functionality depend on the connected provider.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use AvoPilot to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, send unlawful or unauthorized communications, upload malicious code, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems, or misuse another person’s information. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, advertising, email, messaging, and review rules, including obtaining any required consent. Do not use review or referral features to manipulate reviews or mislead people.

8. Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information and describes account deletion and connected Google access. You are responsible for configuring appropriate access for your team and protecting your account.

9. AvoPilot ownership

AvoPilot and its software, branding, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you. You may use the service for your authorized business purposes while your access remains in effect.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, misuse, violations of these Terms, or legal requirements. You may request account deletion through the available account deletion option or by contacting avopilot@avowork.com. Account deletion and subscription cancellation may involve separate steps; contact us if you need help. Any outstanding obligations and terms that by their nature should continue after termination remain applicable to the extent permitted by law.

11. Service availability and disclaimers

AvoPilot may experience interruptions, errors, or changes, including while features are in testing. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date on this page and provide notice when required by law. Your continued use after an update takes effect is subject to applicable law.
