When you create or use an account, we may collect your name and email address, business or organization name and contact information, account credentials and authentication information, team member names, email addresses, roles and brand assignments, account settings, preferences, and support requests.
Brand and Marketing Information
You may provide brand names, logos, colors, fonts, brand guidelines, business descriptions, industries, service areas, locations, marketing objectives, target audience information, strategies, campaigns, posts, images, documents, other content, tasks, assignments, and team activity.
Contact and Referral Information
If you use available review management, referral management, or related features, you may provide names, email addresses, business names, referral sources, relationship notes, and campaign activity. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights and permissions to upload and use contact information and to communicate with those contacts.
Information from Connected Services
If you choose to connect a third-party service, AvoPilot may access information made available by that service based on the permissions you authorize, including information from Google Search Console, social media platforms, analytics tools, or other supported services. AvoPilot will request your authorization before accessing information from a connected account.
Technical and Usage Information
We may collect technical information related to your use of AvoPilot, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages or features accessed, security events, and error logs.
Payment Information
AvoPilot uses Stripe to process payments. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. AvoPilot does not store your payment card information. We may receive information needed to administer your account, such as subscription status, transaction records, and billing history. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.
3. How We Use Information
We use information as needed to create and manage accounts and workspaces; provide requested services; organize brand information, marketing content, and team assignments; connect authorized services; display performance information; provide AI-assisted SEO, brand kit, strategy, and analytics features; process subscriptions through Stripe; provide support and service updates; monitor and improve security and operation; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Google Search Console and Google User Data
If you choose to connect Google Search Console, AvoPilot will ask you to sign in to Google and authorize access. AvoPilot requests read-only access to Search Console data for properties available to your Google account. Depending on the selected property, AvoPilot may access website or property identifiers, search queries and pages, search impressions and clicks, click-through rates, average search position, and performance information organized by date, country, device, or other available categories.
AvoPilot uses this information to provide the Search Console features you request, such as displaying search performance, preparing reports, and helping you identify potential SEO opportunities. When you use an available AI-assisted SEO or analytics feature, relevant Search Console information you authorize or select may be processed using Google Cloud Gemini to provide the requested analysis, explanations, or recommendations.
AvoPilot’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting Google
You may disconnect your Google account from AvoPilot. You may also revoke AvoPilot’s access through your Google Account connections. Disconnecting or revoking access prevents future authorized access. To request deletion of Google data previously obtained by AvoPilot, use the account deletion option or contact avopilot@avowork.com.
Storage and Deletion of Google Data
Google Search Console information may be accessed and processed to provide the features you request. Information stored in your AvoPilot account is subject to the deletion process described in Section 10. Some information may need to be retained where required by applicable law.
5. Google Cloud Gemini and AI Features
AvoPilot uses Google Cloud Gemini as an AI service provider for SEO, brand kits, marketing strategy, and analytics. When you choose to use an AI feature, AvoPilot may send the information you provide, select, or authorize for that feature to Google Cloud for processing. Depending on the feature, this may include brand information, marketing goals, content, website analytics, and connected Google Search Console data.
Information sent for AI processing is used to provide the requested feature. AvoPilot will handle Google API data in accordance with applicable Google policies and this Privacy Policy. AI-generated content and recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or sharing them.
6. How We Share Information
AvoPilot does not sell personal information.
We may share information within your workspace with authorized team members according to their assigned roles; with service providers supporting AvoPilot, such as Google Cloud, Stripe, security, support, and operational providers; with connected platforms such as Meta or LinkedIn when you connect an account and direct AvoPilot to use the relevant feature; for legal and security reasons; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law.
Information shared with connected platforms depends on the permissions you grant and the action you request. Please review the privacy settings and policies of any service you choose to connect.
7. Workspace Access and Customer Responsibilities
Organization administrators may invite users and control access to brands and workspace features. If you use AvoPilot through an organization, your organization may be able to access and manage information in its workspace. Contact your administrator with questions about its use of AvoPilot. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and use personal information, including contact lists and referral information, and for complying with applicable communication and privacy requirements.
8. Third-Party Services
AvoPilot may allow you to connect third-party accounts or access third-party services. These services may have their own terms, permissions, and privacy policies. You choose whether to authorize a connection. The information AvoPilot can access or share depends on the service, permissions you approve, and features available.
9. Cookies and Usage Information
AvoPilot may use cookies and similar technologies to support sign-in, maintain sessions, remember preferences, protect the platform, and understand how the service is used. You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if certain cookies are disabled.
10. Account Deletion and Retention
You may request deletion of your AvoPilot account through the Delete Account option in AvoPilot or by emailing avopilot@avowork.com. Account deletion can take up to 48 hours. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request.
We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Information that must be retained for those purposes may remain after an account is deleted, as permitted or required by law. If you use AvoPilot through an organization, requests concerning organization-owned information may need to be directed to that organization.
11. Security
AvoPilot uses security measures intended to protect information and accounts, including password-protected accounts, two-factor authentication and authenticator options, session time-outs, and security monitoring by our IT team. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure. Users should keep their login credentials confidential and notify us if they believe their account has been compromised.
12. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information. You may also have other rights relating to how your information is used. To make a request, contact avopilot@avowork.com. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. You can manage connected Google access through AvoPilot or through your Google Account. You may also manage your preferences directly with other connected services.
13. International Use and Data Transfers
AvoPilot plans to serve businesses in the United States and Jamaica. Information may be processed or stored in a country other than the country where you live, depending on the services, hosting locations, and providers used to operate the platform. This may include processing by Google Cloud when you use AvoPilot’s AI features or other services hosted on Google Cloud. Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers of personal information, AvoPilot will apply the appropriate measures.
14. Children’s Privacy
AvoPilot is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to AvoPilot, contact avopilot@avowork.com so we can investigate.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
